A Glimpse Into Heaven

When you go to the theatre,
And they draw back the curtain,
The performance being put on,
You can never be certain.

Nothing and no one is ever perfect,
Except for our Heavenly Father, God.
Only God creates perfection,
And for that we Praise Him aloud.

No one knows what Heaven looks like,
We only know that it's surreal.
But when Jesus returns,
Heaven, He will reveal.

The beauty and majesty,
Of all of God's wonder,
Spreads full across,
Over and under.

Picture a land flowing with milk and honey,
A Heaven that's nothing short of pure.
Imagine how many more Christians there'd be,
If they could just take a peek, or preview tour.

Doves are known as symbols of peace,
And here they are giving us a peek.
A glimpse if you will, into what looks like Heaven,
Heaven, a place that we should all seek.

We see a land that is pristine,
That represents purity and peace.
No more wars or pollution,
Just unconditional, total release.

Two doves are showing me a Glimpse of Heaven,
Where there is beauty, but no pain or worry,
Only peace, love and beauty will there be,
I'm anxious to see Jesus, I wish He would hurry!
