The U.S. Constitution

We carry through with valor
Through times we see beyond
The fate of all our people
By those created bonds

The U.S. Constitution
A part of us that lives
Throughout the dawn of history
Each man and woman gives

The pride of all abandon
To promises we keep
A national remembrance
Where words are etched so deep

Then all the wars remembered
With courage we all shared
Now linked to all with purpose
By those who truly cared

Each day in life a moment
That keeps our freedom's light
Through darkness and with courage
Our soldiers hearts ignite

For valor is our honor
In battlefields we've shared
Each soldier was our fortune
Whose heart was always there

So we shall remember
In every waking day
Those veterans who gave us
The freedom that shall stay.
