~ Happy New Year ~

The year has come and gone,
So swiftly it has passed.
Leaving us with memories,
To hold onto and forever last.

Some may be hurtful and sad,
To look back upon.
While others were happy and joyous,
As time went on.

Looking forward to the future,
And leaving the past behind.
Soon to arrive a new year,
With new adventures to find.

With family and friends,
Our hearts we do share.
And always remember,
To let them know that we care.

Moments forever captured,
As we look back over the years.
Devotion and emotions,
Of laughter as well as tears.

May the light of God always shine,
Upon your face.
May the wars and fighting stop,
And leave fellowship in its place.

Always be ready and willing,
To help a stranger or friend.
Only greetings of cheer and goodwill,
Will be all that we send.

In troubling times,
May we always find Peace.
When within its hold,
We can find comfort and relief.

May we always have Hope,
And let there be Faith as well.
For what lies before us,
Not one of us can tell.

So as we count down,
Since the moment is near.
Warm wishes to one and all,
And A Happy New Year
